How long does it take to receive my order?
Wedding Distinctions is proud to carry a wide range of quality favors, accessories and gift items. Most of our items are processed and shipped out in 2-3 business days; however, personalized or customized items may take a few extra days to process. Please note that delivery time is not included in the processing time. Ground shipment delivery time takes from 2-10 business days and Express shipment delivery time takes 2-5 business days (depending on your location).
*Remember, weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Do you accept rush orders?
We understand that you are anxious to receive your orders and that sometimes you may be in an unavoidable time crunch. Although our shipping time listed above is conservative, and most items ship out faster than listed, we do accept rush orders under certain circumstances. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-496-8896 to inquire further.
*Please note, there will be a rush order fee charged to your order if accepted.

Our normal shipping method is UPS, although some orders may be shipped via United Parcel Service (for small orders) or FedEx if deemed more efficient. Please note that your order may arrive in more than one shipment.
