At Wedding Distinctions, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our wide selection of high quality products and are confident that you will be happy with them as well. Wedding Distinctions Return and Refund Policy

Please contact Wedding Distinctions via email at returns@weddingdistinctions.com within 7 business days of receipt of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Wedding Distinctions will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. In the case of a damaged parcel, please inform the courier immediately.

Please note that some returns may be subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee. Correctly monogrammed or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please return an authorized order in its original form and packaging. Wedding Distinctions will not be held responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If the return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, Wedding Distinctions will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges or returns. Only ground services will be reimbursed. Credit to your account will be issued within one week of receipt of authorized return item(s). Wedding Distinctions reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
